SHIPPING
We ship packages with GLS or DAO. Expected delivery time is 3-5 days in Denmark. 

Our order system cannot handle international shipments at the moment, so please contact us if you are outside Denmark and wish to purchase goods from us.

GLS - Nearest parcel shop: 39 DKK
Free shipping on orders over 399 DKK

Once the order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to track your package.

If you have chosen GLS - Nearest parcel shop, the package will be sent to the parcel shop closest to the delivery address you provided when placing the order. You will receive an email/SMS notification when the package is ready for pickup. Please bring the tracking number and photo ID when collecting the package. Please note that there is a deadline for pickup.

Upon receipt, please check the contents of the package. If the package or its contents are damaged upon receipt, please report it to DAO or GLS immediately, no later than 2 days after receipt. Reessencecare is not responsible for items damaged during transportation.

FREE RETURN
We offer a free 14-day return policy starting from the day you received your goods.

Please include the order confirmation in the package being returned.

The goods must be unused and in the same condition as received. Please ensure that the goods are securely packaged. You are responsible for the goods until we receive them.

Once we have received the goods and approved the return, we will transfer the full amount to the account used during the purchase as soon as possible. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund to your account.

Remember to keep your receipt as proof of return. Reessencecare is not responsible for lost packages.
